TECHNICAL SITE VISIT TO CR102 SEGMENT CASTING YARD

Contract CR102, the Design and Construction of Tunnels between Aviation Park Station and Depot, is part of the proposed Cross Island Line Phase 1 with a total route length of approximately 29 km. CR102 is in the locality of Aviation Park Road, Changi East Industrial Zone (CEIZ) and Changi Airport airside. The scope of works includes the design, construction, and completion of five bored tunnel drives for mainline (East Bound and West Bound) and reception tracks (Reception Tracks 1, 2 and 3). The total route length of the five bored tunnel drives is about 5.6 km. The segments are produced in a Precast Yard located in Aviation Park Road, Singapore, jointly managed by a collaboration between STEC and Aurum Precast, with strong support from partners BatchTec, Unicrane, Bekaert and other world-renowned enterprises.
