About the Symposium

The fourth run of the Symposium on Innovation and Challenges in Asian Tunnelling (SICAT) is organised together with industry partners from China, Japan and Korea. It aims to share valuable experiences gained from recent underground infrastructure projects across the 4 countries on various topics including technology developments, challenges and lessons learnt from major tunnelling projects, developments in tunnelling, risks management, innovations in tunnelling, instrumentation, settlement analysis and maintenance of infrastructures etc. 

16 presentations will be delivered by prominent experts from the regions in their respective fields. The specialist suppliers and manufacturers can be engaged at their respective exhibition table-top which allow them to showcase their latest technologies and services for participants to obtain more information about their products and services.
